They are currently looking to hire a Superintendent with proven experience leading occupied healthcare projects.
Job Description
The Superintendent - Occupied Healthcare Projects - DMV will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site activities and supervising subcontractors
- Enforcing infection-control and safety protocols in live healthcare environments
- Coordinating with hospital staff to minimize operational disruptions
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure compliance
- Monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to schedule
- Leading daily site meetings and maintaining accurate logs
- Resolving field issues promptly and effectively
- Supporting project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation
The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Occupied Healthcare Projects - DMV will have:
- 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare projects
- Proven ability to manage work in occupied hospital or clinical settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection-control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- OSHA certification preferred
