Job Description
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of ground‑up multifamily projects, including mid‑rise wood‑frame construction
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance management
- Drive project execution with a general contractor approach, emphasizing constructability, sequencing, and risk mitigation
- Utilize Procore to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and project documentation
- Partner with superintendents to ensure field operations align with schedule and quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with ownership, design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve schedule, cost, and scope issues
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, local codes, and quality standards
- Support or lead closeout activities including punch lists, turnover, and final documentation

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Multifamily Wood-frame Senior Project Manager Should Have
- 8-15 years of experience managing ground‑up multifamily construction projects
- Proven experience delivering mid‑rise wood‑frame residential developments
- Strong background working for a General Contractor; candidates with owner's‑rep or development experience are welcome provided they operate with a GC‑driven execution mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and modern construction technology
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and subcontractor management
- Ability to lead teams, make decisive judgments, and operate independently on complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
