Job Description
- Develop comprehensive preconstruction budgets and estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare detailed project schedules and timelines.

- Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and efficiency.
