Description
- Lead preconstruction efforts from early pursuit through handoff
- Develop conceptual and detailed estimates, schedules, and budgets
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate closely with operations, design teams, and business development
- Present confidently to clients during pursuits and interviews
- Help mentor and grow the estimating / preconstruction team
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and competitiveness across bids
Profile
- 10 years of experience in preconstruction / estimating
- Strong career stability with limited job moves
- Confident and professional in client‑facing presentations
- Motivated, self‑driven, and growth‑oriented
- Background with large, reputable General Contractors preferred
- Design‑Build experience is a major plus
- MEP‑intensive project experience strongly preferred
- Former Army / military leadership background of high interest
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from USD 130.000 to USD 180.000 annually.
