Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction efforts for interior-focused projects
  • Develop estimates, budgets, schedules, and project strategies
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and executive leaders
  • Support client presentations, proposal development, and pursuit strategies
  • Report directly to the senior leader overseeing Charlotte operations

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Preconstruction Manager Should Have

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in preconstruction planning and budgeting within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A solutions-oriented approach with a focus on achieving project goals efficiently.
