Job Description
- Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities for luxury residential projects valued at $2M
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety and sequencing to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
- Maintain exceptional quality control aligned with design intent and client expectations
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, millwork and design teams
- Utilise Procore and other construction management tools for documentation and reporting
- Oversee inspections, compliance and punch‑list completion through project close‑out
- Represent the builder professionally with clients, architects and consultants on site
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years' experience as a Superintendent on high‑end residential construction projects
- Proven background delivering custom homes, major renovations or estate‑level builds
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor Licence (CSL)
- Proficiency with Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented mindset with pride in craftsmanship and finish quality
- Willingness to travel for projects across New England (NH, Nantucket) and occasionally to SC and FL
- Base salary up to $130,000 (higher considered for more experienced candidates)
