About Our Client

Our client is a long‑established, family‑led luxury residential construction firm with over four decades of reputation in the New England market. They specialise in ground‑up custom homes, large‑scale renovations, historic restorations and complex estate properties, often collaborating with leading architects and interior designers. With an integrated model that includes in‑house millwork and design support, the business is known for craftsmanship, discretion, repeat clientele and a white‑glove client experience.

Job Description

• Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities for luxury residential projects valued at $2M
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety and sequencing to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
• Maintain exceptional quality control aligned with design intent and client expectations
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, millwork and design teams
• Utilise Procore and other construction management tools for documentation and reporting
• Oversee inspections, compliance and punch‑list completion through project close‑out
• Represent the builder professionally with clients, architects and consultants on site

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years' experience as a Superintendent on high‑end residential construction projects
• Proven background delivering custom homes, major renovations or estate‑level builds
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor Licence (CSL)
• Proficiency with Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented mindset with pride in craftsmanship and finish quality
• Willingness to travel for projects across New England (NH, Nantucket) and occasionally to SC and FL
