Job Description
- Lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs across the facility
- Ensure compliance with FDA, FSMA, GFSI, and ISO standards
- Manage QC testing, sensory programs, and product specifications
- Oversee audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
- Drive supplier and customer quality resolution processes
- Lead, develop, and mentor a small QA/QC team
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years in food & beverage manufacturing
- 10 years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and GFSI
- Background in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Experience in flavoring highly preferred
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 (USD), commensurate with experience.
