About Our Client

Chicago-based general contractor focused on public sector projects including K-12, municipal buildings, and civic infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Lead client relationships (municipalities, school districts)
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with public bidding and procurement standards
  • Drive project delivery from start to finish

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of public sector construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of Chicago-area public project requirements
  • Experience managing $10M-$50M projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
