Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field strongly preferred
- Prior experience in commercial construction is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience with a general contractor
- Proficiency in relevant project management software
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team‑focused environment
