Job Description
Project Leadership
- Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to brand standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Facilitate communication and project updates across all stakeholders.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site activities.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Track project costs, forecasts, schedules, and change orders.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays.
- Ensure all work meets luxury retail design standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
- Exposure to projects such as retail, commercial construction preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Experience working in the South Florida / Miami construction market
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
