Job Description
- Manage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their vision is met.
- Implement solutions to resolve challenges and maintain project schedules.
