A well-established South Florida general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom residences across Miami and Miami Beach. This is an opportunity to join a reputable builder with a strong pipeline of architecturally significant projects ranging from waterfront estates to bespoke luxury homes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and take ownership of all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking through turnover
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and site safety
- Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct site meetings and maintain detailed project documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent building luxury custom homes valued at $10M
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, finishes, and craftsmanship
- Experience managing high-end architectural and interior design details
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to build a schedule
- Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with construction management software preferred

Salary : $140,000 - $210,000
