With approximately $65M in annual revenue, the company specializes in restaurant, retail, and fitness club construction, delivering a mix of tenant fit-outs, renovations, and select ground-up projects.
Known for its relationship-driven approach and long-standing client base, the company offers the stability of an established contractor while maintaining a close-knit, team-oriented environment. Projects typically range from $1M–$5M in value and average 6–8 months in duration.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout the DMV region. Working in both the office and the field, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing 2–3 projects concurrently from pre-construction through closeout
- Leading project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety standards
- Utilizing project management software including Procore/Plangrid and Timberline
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–7 years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience managing restaurant construction projects
- Additional experience with retail, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and/or fitness club projects is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Stable work history with demonstrated tenure and long-term commitment to previous employers
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
