Job Description
Project Manager - Life Science - Boston, MA - $150k - Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
- Lead on-site project teams alongside superintendents and support staff
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards are met
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Drive communication across stakeholders to maintain alignment
- Travel to project sites within the I-495 belt as required

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager - Life Science Should Have
- 3-10 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with life sciences, lab, or commercial construction preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to be on-site full-time and travel locally
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Base salary: $125,000 - $150,000
