As the Project Manager, you will report into a senior construction leader and take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through close-out.- Lead the planning, execution, and financial performance of commercial construction projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, estimates, and contracts to ensure scope accuracy and risk mitigation
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee change management, cost forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance are embedded on site
- Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and client satisfaction
Profile
For the Project Manager, we are seeking:- Proven experience delivering mid-to-large scale commercial construction projects
