Job Description
- Manage all phases of lab and life science construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to address project updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to stay on track.
- Lead project team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
