Job Description

  • Manage all phases of lab and life science construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to address project updates and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to stay on track.
  • Lead project team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Lab/Life Science Construction should have:
