Job Description
- Support Project Managers across all phases of construction
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and field teams
- Help drive projects toward on-time and on-budget completion

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Assistant Project Manager Should Have
- 2-5 years of construction experience (APM, Project Engineer, or similar)
- Exposure to commercial, life sciences, or institutional projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
- Willingness to split time between the office and job sites
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000
