Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Jacksonville Commercial Construction should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Background in commercial, banking, or healthcare construction
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Knowledge of the Jacksonville construction market preferred.
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 20% annual bonus
- Strong backlog of financial and healthcare projects throughout Jacksonville
