Job Description

• Oversee all stages of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager In Construction Should Have

• Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial or institutional projects ($20M K-12, municipal, higher ed, healthcare).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
