Commercial Construction Project Manager, Jacksonville, FL.
We’re an established commercial general contractor based in Jacksonville and licensed throughout the southeastern U.S. We build ground-up and tenant improvement projects for national retail and restaurant brands, gas stations, and we’re growing into healthcare. Our jobs run from $500K tenant improvements to $15M ground-up builds.
We need an experienced commercial PM who can take a job from contract to closeout and doesn’t need to be managed.
What you’ll do:
- Run multiple jobs at once: budget, schedule, subs and the owner relationship
- Buy out trades, write subcontracts and change orders, and review pay apps
- Manage RFIs, submittals and closeout
- Work closely with our superintendents and estimator
What you need:
- 5 years as a PM with a commercial GC (not residential)
- A track record of jobs finished on time and on budget
- Willingness to learn new tools. We use AI and automation in our daily work. You don’t need to know it yet, but you shouldn’t be afraid of it.
Pay is $85–105K depending on experience, plus a bonus tied to job profit. The job is based in our Jacksonville office, with travel to jobsites and mileage paid. There’s real room to move up.
