Job Description
- Manage interior renovation and tenant improvement projects end‑to‑end.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractor buyout, and cost tracking.
- Run RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout documentation.
- Coordinate daily with Superintendents to ensure schedule, safety, and quality alignment.
- Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
- Identify and resolve field and scope issues proactively.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Deliver projects in occupied or active environments with minimal disruption.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager - Interiors/Upfits Should Have
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong background in interior renovations / upfits / tenant improvements.
- Comfortable managing multiple scopes and fast‑paced interior schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Stable work history with reputable general contractors preferred.
- Experience with well‑run regional or national GCs is a plus.
