Job Description
- Manage all phases of ground‑up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and act as the primary client contact
- Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, and pay applications
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project performance
- Drive project timelines while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience managing ground‑up commercial construction projects
- Proven experience in municipal, hospitality, or light industrial construction preferred
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and public/private clients
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
