We are a commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up hospitality construction across the Southeast United States. Our team partners with developers, owners, and hotel brands to deliver branded hospitality projects with precision, professionalism, and strong field leadership.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who understands the pace, complexity, and expectations of hotel construction.
As a Project Manager at Firmo Construction, you will oversee commercial hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout, on Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt projects.
You will work closely with Superintendents, Owners, Design Teams, Trade Partners, and Internal Leadership to drive schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (not limited to):
- Lead multiple hospitality construction projects simultaneously
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain budget oversight, cost forecasting, and change management
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and owner communications
- Drive project documentation and workflow within Procore
- Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate closely with field teams and Superintendents
- Identify project risks early and proactively solve problems
- Support pay application review, billing coordination, and project cash flow
- Ensure projects meet brand standards and hospitality operational expectations
- Manage turnover, punch list completion, and owner closeout process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Direct hospitality / hotel construction experience
- Experience managing branded hotel builds such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations
- Experience leading projects from mobilization through final completion
- Strong communication and client-facing professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA30 (Complete upon hire)
- Procore proficiency

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
- Ability to travel in the southeast to visit projects as need
- Not a remote position (Atlanta, GA or Sarasota, FL based with travel to jobsites)
- Ability to navigate active, multi-story construction sites including: stairs, ladders, uneven terrain, and partially completed spaces during site visits.
