Description
- Lead public and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own schedules, pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10 years of commercial construction project management experience
- 3 years delivering public or government-funded projects
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and project controls
- Background with a general contractor (not a CM agent)
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a family-led culture
