Project Manager - Construction - DSA

The Project Manager - Construction - DSA will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) standards. This role is based in Irvine and requires a strong background in project management within the construction sector.

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to DSA guidelines and standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed on all job sites.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Construction - DSA should have:
