Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure compliance with client expectations.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress and updates.
• Providing leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Preparing and presenting detailed project reports to stakeholders.
