Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure compliance with client expectations.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress and updates.
- Providing leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Preparing and presenting detailed project reports to stakeholders.
