We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in K-12 education projects to oversee and manage the successful execution of the Division of the State Architect (DSA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the educational goals of the institutions we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage K-12 projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with educational stakeholders, including school administrators and community members, to define project scopes and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Revit and other design tools to support project visualization and documentation.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in the K-12 education sector.
- Familiarity with DSA processes and requirements is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including Revit.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- AIA and NCAR certifications are a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
