Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Lead communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordinate with field teams, estimators, and leadership
- Track project financial performance and mitigate risks
- Execute projects across CMAR, design-build, and hard bid delivery
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Project Manager or strong APM ready to step up
- Background in CMAR, design-build, and/or hard bid projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Proven job stability with solid tenure preferred
- Base Salary: Up to $130K
- Vehicle Allowance: ~$800/month
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
