Job Description
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist with day-to-day project coordination from preconstruction through completion.
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, planning, and execution efforts.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and milestones.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with contract administration and change order tracking.
- Work closely with Superintendents and field teams on daily construction activities.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support jobsite coordination.
- Help address issues related to scheduling, materials, and subcontractors.
The Successful Applicant
- 0-3 years of construction experience (internship or full-time).
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
- Total Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
- Bonus: Performance-based incentives
