Job Description
Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist Project Managers with planning and execution from preconstruction through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project milestones and ensure alignment with schedules.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Manage subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Support billing processes, including pay applications and invoicing.
- Work closely with Superintendents to support jobsite operations.
- Help ensure alignment between field execution and project plans.
- Visit job sites as needed to support coordination and issue resolution.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Help support client relationships through consistent follow-up and reporting.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-5 years of construction experience (project engineering, APM, or related role).
- Exposure to healthcare construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
