Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support multiple Project Managers, assisting in the successful execution of projects from initiation through closeout while ensuring all documentation, contracts, and financial processes run smoothly.
- Assist with managing projects from start to finish under the direction of Project Managers
- Prepare, report, and analyse project data, costs, and documentation
- Generate subcontracts, purchase orders, and contract modifications
- Process change orders, pay applications, and owner requests using Viewpoint (Vista) and Textura (Oracle)
- Support monthly draws including approvals, lien waivers, and affidavits
- Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and reports
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient project execution
The Successful Applicant
For The Project Coordinator, We Are Seeking
- 3-5 years of construction administration or project coordination experience
- Background in commercial, industrial, or design-build construction preferred
- Experience with Viewpoint (Vista) and Textura (Oracle) highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
