Job Description
- Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change management
- Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure schedule adherence and quality execution
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Review drawings and specifications to identify risks and constructability concerns
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and QA/QC standards
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience across broad commercial project types such as education, healthcare, retail, office, municipal, or similar
- Strong understanding of estimating, cost controls, scheduling, and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Local to or willing to be local in the Statesboro / Savannah area
- Base compensation up to $120,000
