Job Description
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and civil construction projects
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Prepare bid proposals, scopes, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align estimates with operational plans
- Maintain current cost data, production rates, and vendor relationships
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
