About Our Client

My client is a general contractor specializing in new construction and renovations of healthcare and government facilities, including mission-critical spaces. They are currently hiring for a PM/APM in Richmond, VA

Job Description

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are understood and executed.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in procurement and vendor management to secure materials and services.
• Support the Project Manager in planning and executing project strategies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

• Experience with managing construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs.
