Trades We’re Contracting

- Shingle Roofing Crews: Residential asphalt shingle tear-offs and installs. Crews of 5 or more. We have steady volume, and we’re looking for crews who can take on a consistent, high workload.
- Metal Roofing Crews: Standing seam and exposed fastener installs and repairs. Project-based work.
- Vinyl Siding & Capping: Siding installation and repair, plus trim and window capping. Project-based work.
- Interior Repairs: Drywall repair and paint from roof leaks, ceiling repairs, and related finish work. Acoustic ceiling tile replacement experience is a plus. Project-based work.

What You Need
- Your own crew, tools, equipment, and transportation
- Proven experience in your trade (photos or references welcome)
- Active general liability insurance (certificate of insurance required)
- Workers’ compensation coverage or a valid exemption
- Virginia contractor license where required
- A business entity or registration and a W-9
- Commitment to safety, clean job sites, and quality work
Pay: From $5,000.00 per week
