Job Description
- Assist or lead daily onsite construction activities on multifamily projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and jobsite logistics
- Work closely with PMs to maintain and execute project schedule
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication
- Maintain safety, quality, and jobsite organization standards
- Participate in subcontractor meetings and site coordination
- Support conflict resolution and ensure professional jobsite environment
- Travel regionally across NC, SC, and VA as required
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Multifamily Assistant Superintendent Should Have
- 3 years of multifamily construction experience
- Experience with garden-style, wrap, or podium builds required
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
- Experience with light structural systems (wood frame / similar) preferred
- Stable work history with strong tenure (no job hopping)
- Professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and commit long-term
- Assistant Superintendent: $80K - $100K
- Superintendent: $100K - $140K
- Bonus: Project milestone bonuses (3x annually)
