Job Description
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure field alignment with project goals.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and cost reporting.
- Conduct owner meetings and maintain transparent communication.

$120K-$150K depending on experience and portfolio size.
