Job Description

• Lead and manage LIHTC property development projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local LIHTC regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Prepare and review applications for LIHTC funding and other financing sources.
• Oversee procurement and contracting processes for development projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including investors and community representatives.
