Job Description

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and support bid preparation
• Solicit and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Maintain and update cost databases and project records
• Support senior estimators in bid reviews and project handoffs
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience)
• 0-3 years of experience in construction estimating or related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
