Description
- Support the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain and update project cost databases and records.
- Participate in project meetings to provide input on cost-related matters.
- Monitor project costs and compare them to the original estimates to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Support the preparation of bid proposals and other documentation as needed.

A successful Jr. Construction Estimator should have:
