- Manage all aspects of high-end corporate interiors projects from start to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Serve as the main client liaison, delivering clear, timely, and personalized communication
- Collaborate with design partners to ensure constructability, scope clarity, and design‑sensitive construction execution
- Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, constructability reviews, and schedule development.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate cost modeling and scope definition.
- Ensure project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and logs is maintained with rigor and accuracy.
- Collaborate with field teams to uphold safety standards, quality control, and proactive issue resolution.
- Monitor project financial performance, including cost forecasting, contract compliance, and budget management.
- Validate subcontractor invoices, oversee owner billing cycles, and ensure adherence to contract terms.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and maintain alignment with client budgets and project goals.
- Lead punchlist coordination, completion verification, and turnover documentation.
- Ensure collection and delivery of closeout packages including O&M manuals, warranties, and as‑built drawings.
- Facilitate final client walk‑throughs and confirm full satisfaction with project outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, though equivalent professional experience-or a combination of education and experience-will also be considered.
- 5-10 years of industry experience
- General Contracting background
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading high-end corporate interiors projects from start to finish. Project values can range from $1M - $25M
- Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction principles, along with the ability to build strong working relationships across all project stakeholders. This includes clients, building owners and managers, consultants, architects, and internal team members.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts. The role requires the ability to analyze job costs and cash flow, create related reports, and help manage project budgets
- Proficiency with all Procore modules-particularly Project Management and Financial Management-is required, as is mastery of Microsoft Project and the ability to understand how schedule changes impact the overall project.
