- Coordinate and maintain federated BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms
- Lead clash detection processes and facilitate coordination meetings with internal teams, designers, and trade partners
- Track and verify resolution of model conflicts and design discrepancies
- Support project teams during preconstruction and construction phases with model-based analysis
- Assist with model-driven quantity takeoffs, sequencing, and constructability reviews
- Ensure BIM execution plans (BEPs) are followed and updated as projects evolve
- Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for assigned projects
- Collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure accurate model usage
- Provide technical support and training to project team members as needed
- Maintain consistency with company BIM standards and project-specific requirements
- Perform ongoing model audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows across the organization
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in BIM coordination within construction
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural models
- Understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Familiarity with mission critical, healthcare, industrial, and/or large commercial projects
- Knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
