- Develop comprehensive baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 from preconstruction through project closeout
- Maintain, update, and analyze schedules on a regular basis, incorporating field progress and scope changes
- Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements, CPM best practices, company standards
- Perform critical path, float, and time-impact analyses to identify schedule risks and opportunities
- Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans as needed
- Assist project teams with delay analysis, change order support, and schedule narratives
- Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and trade partners to validate sequencing and durations
- Participate in project meetings to review schedule updates, milestones, and constraints
- Support owner and consultant schedule reviews and reporting requirements
- Prepare schedule reports, progress updates, and dashboard summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Track key milestones, deliverables, and long-lead items
- Maintain complete schedule documentation for project records
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in construction scheduling using Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles
- Experience supporting mission critical, industrial, and/or commercial construction projects with a general contractor
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
