- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Help manage day-to-day project operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Track and manage project budgets and costs
- Facilitate communication between field and office staff.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and company safety policies.
- Help conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
- Support the closeout process, including punch list management, as-built drawings, and final documentation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of industry experience - General Contracting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated history of working on large-scale new construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
