Job Description
- Manage subcontractor agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project schedules, critical path items, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
- Oversee project budgets, billing, change orders, and monthly financial updates with the AP/AR Manager.
- Review plans, specifications, permits, inspections, and project requirements with field teams to ensure successful execution.
- Lead project communication through site meetings, progress meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final billing, O&M manuals, inspections, and occupancy approvals.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with diverse TI construction experience
- Commercial, Education, Retail, or Healthcare project experience
- Strong foundation in budgeting, schedule development, procurement, and contract administration.
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients, trade partners, field staff, and design teams.
- Proficient with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable leading fast‑moving teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
