Commercial Interior Construction
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Indiana residency required)
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in commercial interior construction, specifically metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, hardware, and related specialties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating light- and heavy-gauge metal stud framing and drywall for multi-million-dollar commercial projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Proven experience performing detailed quantity takeoffs with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with estimating software, including On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid (required)
- Solid computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and professional bid proposals
- Negotiate pricing and scope with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Support project execution through strong project management and follow-through
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely follow-up throughout the estimating and project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve estimating or scope issues proactively

Additional Notes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
