Senior Roadway Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex design projects and ensure cross-discipline coordination.

- Supervise, guide, and mentor junior-level design staff.
- Handle comprehensive project management and budget duties.
- Support firm growth by expanding clients and service offerings.
- Lead proposal and presentation preparation alongside marketing teams.

Senior Roadway Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
- Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in Indiana.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in roadway design.
- Expertise in conceptual, preliminary, and final plan production.
- Strong familiarity with Indiana DOT details and design guidelines.
- Prior experience managing an engineering group or department.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
