Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for healthcare renovation work.
- Coordinate subcontractors in an active medical environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage schedule, quality, and site logistics.
- Conduct daily coordination meetings and site walks.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to facility operations.

A Successful Healthcare Superintendent Should Have
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects.
- Experience with renovations and upfits within active facilities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and safety standards.
- Ability to manage fast‑paced, detail‑oriented projects.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
- Stable work history preferred.
- Local to or willing to work in the Greenville, SC market.
