Job Description
- Lead healthcare construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating and procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize technology and project management systems to enhance delivery
- Mentor project engineers and support team development

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong background in healthcare construction required
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Knowledge of construction delivery methods (CMAR, design-build, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean construction principles is a plus
