Job Description
The Drywall Project Manager - Commercial Construction - MD will:
- Manage commercial drywall projects ranging from $10M-$36M in value
- Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Coordinate with general contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
- Lead projects independently without APM support
- Attend in-office workdays in Elkridge, MD with site visits as required
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Deliver projects for public, private, and government clients
The Successful Applicant
The Drywall Project Manager - Commercial Construction - MD will receive:
- 4-5 years of experience managing commercial drywall projects
- Background with a drywall contractor or GC that self-performs drywall
- Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work in-office full time with regional site travel
